Audio Research, a major American high-end manufacturer, will launch a new generation of series products in 2021. The first product to debut is the I/50 integrated amplifier. The new appearance design is refreshing, and 6 different colors are available for users to choose from.
With a cost-effective price and ARC's long-standing sound quality guarantee, the I/50 will become a highly competitive integrated machine product in the HiFi market. Each I/50 is manufactured in the Minnesota factory in the United States, just like the ARC Reference products. Manufactured by hand and personally listened to by sound designer Warren Gehl, this ensures that every I/50 shipped from the factory is of the highest quality.
The ARC I/50 integrated machine adopts a modular design. Vinyl turntable users can choose the Phono Module (phono amplifier module), while streaming users can choose the DAC Module (expected to be launched in 2022). /50 uses a matched set of 6550WE power tubes and three 6922 signal tubes to provide a solid high-current output of 50W per channel, which is enough to drive most speakers. I/50 also comes with a high-quality ear amplifier output, even when You can enjoy music at any time in the middle of the night without disturbing others.
The operation of I/50 is very simple and direct. The three control switches of Power, Input and Volume are located at the top. The two LexieTubes digital tubes on the front will clearly display their input and volume status.
The ARC I/50 housing uses a surface coating composed of a special ceramic compound (Cerakote finish polymer) that provides bright and durable colors.
ARC I/50 provides 3 sets of RCA and 1 set of XLR balanced inputs. The speaker outputs are available in 4 ohm and 8 ohm to correspond to different types of speakers. One of the inputs can be set to bypass.
