Through professional instruments and software, the W4100i has undergone rigorous testing and adjustments. A series of standards are implemented according to ITU-R (International Telecommunication Union Rec.709) / DCI (Digital Cinema Consortium) DCI-P3, requiring each port to be precisely calibrated for D65 color temperature, gamma, black level, white level, neutral gray, RGBCMY color tracing, hue, saturation, and brightness.
* Delta E measures the difference between the projector's actual color and the standard color in L*a*b coordinates. If Delta E < 3, the color difference is almost imperceptible to the human eye. (D.Cinema mode can display performance with Delta E < 3.)
Built-in ISFccc® functionality developed by the Institute of Imaging Sciences (ISF) allows ISFccc® professionals to adjust the image to best suit your viewing environment, providing optimized color performance based on room layout and ambient light, as well as different day and night modes.
