The Melco C100 network cable provides a premium connectivity solution for Melco digital music libraries and other network-enabled music devices. The C100 is meticulously tested and paired with all Melco digital music libraries to ensure no loss of sound quality. It also features asymmetrical drain wire grounding, where one end of the cable has a grounding point. Unwanted noise, whether from external sources or connected devices, is transmitted in one direction to the grounding end, without interfering with delicate signal transmission. The other end of the cable (the ungrounded end) features an innovative "floating" shield that is not connected to the connector plug, meaning unwanted noise cannot be transmitted to downstream connected audio devices.
